About us
The history of Coreas Distribution Ltd, which was separated from Coreas Hazells Inc. in July 2015, to become part of the Goddard’s and Agostini’s joint venture, Caribbean Distribution Partners Ltd, is a complex one as it has evolved from the amalgamation of several companies over the past 170 years.
Caribbean Distribution Partners Limited (CDPL) is a joint venture company formed by Goddard Enterprises Ltd. (50%) based in Barbados and Agostini’s Ltd. (50%) based in Trinidad.
